According to Nicokick, FRE is manufactured by Turning Point Brands, the same company that co-owns ALP. FRE's official site lists Louisville, Kentucky as its headquarters. Cans hold 20 slim, moist pouches, and Nicokick says FRE uses what it calls "Pre-Primed Technology" for flavor and nicotine release.
Strengths
FRE offers 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 mg. In the brand's words, "We're the only major brand offering ultra-strong 15mg options alongside our standard 3mg to 12mg varieties." Rogue Max also lists 15 mg, so FRE is not alone at that level. But FRE is the brand where every core flavor comes in all five strengths, according to Nicokick. That earns a 9/10 on strength range.

FDA status
FRE is not on FDA's authorized list as of August 21, 2026. In September 2025, Vaping360 reported that FDA's pouch pilot program would include Turning Point Brands' FRE and ALP applications. Clean Nicotine Pouch lists FRE's application as submitted and not authorized.
