Better Buzz is #4 in Pouchrated's editors' order, with a method score of 5.5/10, and it's the only nicotine-free option on our list. The store at getbetterbuzz.com sells ALTRD Zero nicotine-free, tobacco-free flavor pouches from $5.50 a can and Motion focus pouches with 30 mg of caffeine each, which were sold out when we checked. We found little about who runs the store and no independent ratings. Its homepage on September 28, 2026 also featured STRYK pouches made with "Nixodine", which the maker markets as tobacco-free and 21+ with a "may be habit forming" warning; that's a nicotine-like compound rather than a caffeine pouch, so read labels carefully. We don't cover those products.
Nicotine-free, but not risk-free. Motion pouches contain caffeine (30 mg each) plus other active ingredients. If you're pregnant, sensitive to caffeine, taking medication or under 18, check with a healthcare provider first. These products are not a treatment for nicotine addiction; to quit nicotine, talk to a provider or call 1-800-QUIT-NOW.

How we scored a nicotine-free store
Our method was built for nicotine pouch brands. Two of its four factors don't apply here:
- Strength range measures nicotine mg levels. Better Buzz sells 0 mg nicotine, and Motion comes in one caffeine level, so there's no range to score.
- Regulatory standing measures FDA tobacco applications, which don't apply to a product with no nicotine or tobacco.
We scored the two factors that do apply, flavor range and value, and averaged those. That makes the score not directly comparable with the nicotine brands we rank, whose scores include regulatory standing.
What Better Buzz sells
The store calls itself "Energy, Focus & Nicotine-Free Pouches." It sells two lines:
ALTRD Zero (nicotine-free)
ALTRD Zero pouches are flavored, nicotine-free and tobacco-free, in 5 flavors: Red Apple, Mint, Mango, Wintergreen and Citron. The store says a pouch lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. Pack sizes on the Mint product page:
| Pack | Price |
|---|---|
| 1 can | $5.50 |
| 5-pack | $24.99 |
| 10-pack | $49.98 |
| 30-pack | $142.45 |
| 50-pack | $237.40 |
The page lists ingredients only as "Natural Flavor Extracts, Premium Flavorings, and Pouch Base Ingredients," and it doesn't say how many pouches are in a can.
Motion "Limitless" focus pouches (caffeine)
Motion pouches are nicotine-free and contain, per pouch, 30 mg of caffeine from guarana, plus Alpha-GPC, Citicoline, L-Theanine, Rhodiola, Ginseng and vitamin B12. They come 20 to a can in Mint, Mango and Blue Raspberry, from $12.99 a can. All three flavors were sold out when we checked.
For scale, FDA says a 12-ounce can of caffeinated soda typically has 30 to 40 mg, and that 400 mg a day is an amount not generally linked to negative effects in healthy adults. Caffeine from several pouches, coffee and energy drinks adds up. We haven't assessed Motion's focus claims or its other active ingredients.
Flavors
Across both lines, the store lists 6 distinct flavors (Red Apple, Mint, Mango, Wintergreen, Citron and Blue Raspberry; Mint and Mango appear in both). ALTRD Zero on its own has 5. Either way that's a 6/10 on flavor range. We didn't give extra credit for Motion's flavors while they're sold out.
Price and value
ALTRD Zero costs $5.50 a can, but without a pouch count we can't work out a price per pouch. Motion is the only product with a stated count: $12.99 ÷ 20 ≈ $0.65 a pouch, in our lowest value band, so Better Buzz scores 5/10 on value. If an ALTRD can holds 20 pouches, it would work out to about 28 cents each, which would score higher; we'll update if the store publishes the count. Shipping is free in the US on orders over $50.
Who's behind Better Buzz
We found no company name, address or other brands on the site, only a contact page and social accounts. We also found no Trustpilot or other independent rating. That doesn't mean anything is wrong, but it gives buyers less to go on than the brands we rank.

How Better Buzz scores

Who Better Buzz suits, and who should skip it
- Consider Better Buzz if you want the pouch format without nicotine, or you're an adult who has quit nicotine and wants flavor pouches with none in them.
- Skip it if you want full ingredient lists and a known company behind the product, or if you need Motion now, since it was sold out. If you already use nicotine pouches as an adult 21+, see the full ranking and are nicotine pouches safe?
What we couldn't verify
- ALTRD Zero's full ingredients and how many pouches are in a can.
- Who makes ALTRD and Motion, and who runs the Better Buzz store.
- Whether and when Motion will be back in stock.
- Any independent customer ratings. We found none.
- Whether the store checks age. We didn't find an age requirement for these products.
Verdict
Better Buzz is the nicotine-free pick on our list: ALTRD Zero flavor pouches at $5.50 a can and Motion caffeine pouches with a published ingredient list. The information gaps are real: no full ALTRD ingredients, no pouch count, no company details and no ratings, and Motion was sold out. Method score: 5.5/10, from two of our four factors.
