Juice Head is #8 in Pouchrated's editors' order (6.8/10). It sells five fruit-and-mint pouch flavors in 6 mg and 12 mg, 20 per can, and at $3.29 a can at Nicokick it's the cheapest pouch we track, about 16 cents each. Its narrow range (two strengths, five flavors) and the lack of an FDA marketing order keep its score below ALP, FRE and ZAR.
21+ only. WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Juice Head pouches are not FDA-approved to help anyone quit smoking. If you don't use nicotine, don't start.

Juice Head at a glance
Juice Head is owned by Streamline Group, which describes itself as the "Home of Juice Head, Troomy, and Serova Wellness." The company's address on juicehead.com is in Long Beach, California.
According to Nicokick, the pouches are slim and semi-dry, with 20 per can, and use what the brand calls a "Zero Tobacco Nicotine" formulation. Juice Head's own site describes the pouches as tobacco-free with "food-grade flavorings" and "pre-primed technology." We couldn't confirm from Juice Head's site whether the nicotine is synthetic or tobacco-derived.
Strengths
Juice Head comes in two strengths:
- 6 mg (Regular)
- 12 mg (Extra Strong)
Two levels earn a 6/10 on strength range. There's no 3 mg or 4 mg option, so it isn't a low-strength pick. If you're an adult nicotine user new to pouches, see our beginner picks. The 12 mg option puts Juice Head on our strongest nicotine pouches list. A higher mg means more nicotine, and nicotine is addictive.
Flavors
Juice Head lists five flavors, all fruit blended with mint:
- Blueberry Lemon Mint
- Mango Strawberry Mint
- Watermelon Strawberry Mint
- Peach Pineapple Mint
- Raspberry Lemonade Mint
Every flavor comes in both 6 mg and 12 mg, according to the company's PMTA page. Five flavors scores 6/10 on flavor range. There's no plain mint, wintergreen or unflavored option, so adults who want a classic mint pouch should look at ALP, FRE or Sesh+.
Price and value

At about 16 cents per pouch at Nicokick, Juice Head is the lowest-priced brand we rank and scores 10/10 on value. We score every brand on Nicokick's single-can price where it's listed, for consistency. Buying direct from Juice Head's store costs more per can ($4.99 single, or $24.95 for five), which is about 25 cents a pouch. Prices change, so check before you buy.
FDA status
Juice Head is not on FDA's authorized pouch list as of its August 21, 2026 update.
According to Juice Head, as of January 31, 2023, FDA accepted its Premarket Tobacco Applications for all ten current products: the five flavors in 6 mg and 12 mg. The company lists its PMTA number as PM0005908. Acceptance means FDA agreed to review the applications. It isn't a marketing order, and we found no public update on the review since then.
Juice Head was not part of FDA's 2025 pouch pilot program, so it scores 5/10 on regulatory standing. It is sold while its applications are pending.
Juice Head vs ALP and Sesh+
- Juice Head vs ALP: Juice Head costs far less at Nicokick ($3.29 vs $5.29 for 20). ALP has 15 flavors vs 5, four strengths from 3 to 12 mg, and an application in FDA's pilot program. See the ALP review.
- Juice Head vs Sesh+: both are sold while their PMTAs are pending. Juice Head is cheaper and goes to 12 mg; Sesh+ has 6 flavors including mint and wintergreen, and a lower 4 mg option. See the Sesh+ review.

Who Juice Head suits, and who should skip it
- Consider Juice Head if you're an adult nicotine user who wants fruit-and-mint flavors at the lowest price per pouch we track, in 6 or 12 mg.
- Skip Juice Head if you want a low strength (see beginner picks), a plain mint or wintergreen pouch (see ALP), or a brand whose application is in FDA's pilot program (ALP or FRE).
What we couldn't verify
- Whether Juice Head uses synthetic or tobacco-derived nicotine. Its site doesn't say.
- Any update on FDA's review of its PMTAs after the January 2023 acceptance.
- Juice Head's shipping restrictions by state. Check its shipping page for your address.
Verdict
Juice Head is the value pick in our ranking: 20 pouches for $3.29 at Nicokick, with every flavor in both 6 and 12 mg. The trade-offs are a short flavor list with no plain mint, no low-strength option and no FDA order. For more choice, ALP is our top-rated brand. See the full ranking.
